  • You understand that house plans are delivered digitally and cannot be returned or refunded once accessed or downloaded.
  • You acknowledge that modifications may be required to comply with local codes, regulations, or lot conditions, and these are your responsibility.
  • You agree not to dispute the transaction after purchase.
